We came to Bothell Pediatric with concerns that TJ, our 6 year old wasn’t getting the proper nutrition because she was a very picky eater. Meal times were also very frustrating and would last up to 2 Hours! With the help of the feeding group, we became aware of TJ’s struggles, thus making us more understanding. TJ has also open up to trying different foods. She refused fish before therapy, how she was open to eating fish tacos and said she loves it! Having the ’10 tries’ rule also has helped her open up to trying new foods.
